About 17TRACK
17TRACK tracks parcels across 2,500+ carriers worldwide. When you fulfill an order with a tracking number, Cartly automatically registers it with 17TRACK; delivery status updates flow back via a signed webhook (with a 30-minute poll-fallback so nothing is missed) and appear on the admin order page and the customer's account order view.
## Setup
1. In 17TRACK (api.17track.net/admin/settings), copy your API Security Key (17token).
2. On the same Settings page, paste the Cartly webhook URL shown on the 17TRACK app settings page into the Webhook URL field and Save. If 17TRACK shows a separate webhook secret, copy it too.
3. In Cartly, open Settings → Integrations → 17TRACK, paste the API key (and the webhook secret if you have one), and click Test Connection to activate.
