Bird

Bird (formerly MessageBird) is an omnichannel marketing & CRM platform. Connect your Bird workspace and Cartly automatically pushes your store data: new customers as Bird contacts, and newsletter signups into the Bird audience you choose. Use those audiences to power Bird's email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and journeys.

## Setup

1. In Bird (bird.com → your workspace → Settings → API access / API keys), create an Access Key (starts with bk_).

2. In Cartly, open Settings → Integrations → Bird, paste the key, and click Test Connection.

3. Pick the audience for newsletter subscribers and enable the sync toggle.
