Google Analytics
Bring your GA4 traffic, sessions, channels and device data into a second analytics lens in Cartly — alongside your native order and funnel reports.
About Google Analytics
This app imports Google Analytics 4 data (via the GA4 Data API) into your Cartly analytics page as a second lens next to Cartly's own order- and funnel-based reports. It answers "where did visitors come from?" (sessions, users, channels, devices) while your native Cartly reports stay the source of truth for money, orders and on-site funnel.
GA4 numbers will not exactly match your Cartly orders — cookie consent, ad-blockers, sampling and attribution windows all differ — so each card is clearly labelled by source and never reconciled automatically.
There is nothing secret to enter: Cartly reads your property with a platform service account. You only add that account as a Viewer and paste your numeric Property ID.
## Setup
1. In Google Analytics → Admin → Property Access Management, add the Cartly service-account email (shown on this app's settings page) as a **Viewer**.
2. In Google Analytics → Admin → Property details, copy your numeric **Property ID** (e.g. 123456789).
3. In Cartly, open Settings → Integrations → Google Analytics, paste the Property ID and click Test Connection to activate. Fresh data appears within a few hours (GA4 processes data with a 24–48h latency).
