About Klaviyo
Klaviyo is an email & SMS marketing platform. Connect your Klaviyo account and Cartly automatically pushes your store data: customer profiles, "Placed Order" and "Ordered Product" events on every paid order, "Fulfilled Order" events on shipment, and newsletter signups (with consent) into the Klaviyo list you choose. These power Klaviyo's prebuilt abandoned-cart, post-purchase, and win-back flows.
## Setup
1. In Klaviyo (klaviyo.com → Settings → API keys), copy your Private API Key (starts with pk_) and your Public API Key (6-character site ID).
2. In Cartly, open Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo, paste both keys, and click Test Connection.
3. Pick the default list for newsletter subscribers and enable the sync toggles.
