Mailchimp

Mailchimp is an email marketing & automation platform. Connect your Mailchimp account and Cartly automatically pushes your store data into the audience you choose: customer contacts, order events ("order_completed" on every paid order, "order_shipped" on fulfillment), and newsletter signups. These feed Mailchimp's automations and customer journeys.

## Setup

1. In Mailchimp (Account → Extras → API keys), create/copy an API key (ends with -usXX, e.g. -us5).

2. In Cartly, open Settings → Integrations → Mailchimp, paste the key, and click Test Connection.

3. Pick the audience (list) for contacts & subscribers and enable the sync toggles. Mailchimp contacts live inside an audience, so choosing one is required.
