Search Across Every Order Field

The Orders list has a single global search box that matches across email, order number, customer name, phone number, and tracking number. Type any part of what you are looking for and Cartly finds the matching orders — you no longer need to know which field a value lives in.

Reading the List at a Glance

Each row in the Orders list now shows the customer's name and a preview of the items ordered, so you can identify an order without opening it. Payment and delivery status badges make it immediately clear which orders are paid, unpaid, shipped, or delivered.

Quick Actions

Click anywhere on an order row to open it, or use the quick-actions menu on the row to jump straight to a common action, such as fulfilling the order or viewing its details, without leaving the list.

Customizing Columns

Choose which columns appear in your Orders list from the column settings, so the table shows exactly the information your team relies on most — whether that is tags, tracking numbers, or payment method.

A Richer Order Detail Page

Opening an order now shows a full tax breakdown, the shipping method used, any shipping labels, item weight and barcode, the discount type applied, and a dedicated card for the billing address — all in one place.
